Service Agreement with ChinaServices.us

  1. Authorization and Responsibilities

    By using http://www.usChinaVisa.com/, you are authorizing usChinaVisa to be your agent to process application on your behalf, including shipping back. We will act for the best result if there is any change needed and if you can not be contacted in a timely manner.
         We
    are paid for and will be responsible for 1). Handling your documents security when they are at our procession; 2) Processing in a timely manner and in the way you have asked us to do; 3). Recording process status when package arrival, completion, or if something needs special care, in evenings on a daily basis.  We will send emails to update progress as well.

          But we can not be responsible for document security when they are beyond our procession; and can not be responsible for application results, such as approved or not, or what’s approved, including if or not additional documents required and delays resulted from such requirements.

         You, as the applicant, are responsible for selecting the proper process options, timing, and for preparing documents to meet consulate’s requirements (we offer courtesy free consultation and tips based on our experience, but not responsible for case-dependent special requirements).  You should also be watching for the progress by tracking the status thru web records and thru emails we provide.  Be sure to track on website first; and email us only if no answer can be found there.

2. Timing of Services
      ChinaServices.us will complete your visa application process, from the date your package arrive our office, in 5-7 days as regular services; or in 2-3 days as "Express Service" and 1-2 days as "Rush Services" respectively, at your selection. All "Days" refer to actual working days, excluding any special Chinese holidays in addition to regular US holidays and weekends.
     Considering time needed for mailing in and back, be sure NOT to send any application to us if there is less than 3 working days, regardless of what process option or shipping method you may select, as service timing is NOT GUARANTEED.
     You are advised to use the most current information and forms available at the http://www.uschinavisa.com/ website. We can NOT be responsible for delays resulted from an out-of-date form or information previously printed.
     Upon our email notification for return mailing (with tracking No.) at completion, you are responsible for tracking your package to ensure a timely delivery.

All information about visa classification in our website is FOR REFERENCE ONLY, NOT LEGAL documents.

6. Service Fee Policy

Proud to say that our service fee is at the lowest level while the convenience & reliability is the maximum. There are two levels of services and fees may apply:
    Standard Service Fee, as you have selected (will summarized in Service Form-1), before applicable discounts; and

    Premium Service Fee, additional $10 per package (only when correction action is required).
    All applications are default to Standard Service for your benefits, and most applications are so processed smoothly.
    In the event that there are errors / incompleteness in your application / or your case special conditions, including lack of supporting documents, or required by the China Visa Office, instead of processing as it is with a risk, we will automatically upgrade to Premium Service, by doing our best to correct for you, or process for the best alternate, and contact you immediately in the best way we can. Only in such special cases, Premium Services Fee of additional $10 per package may be required and due before your application complete and can be mailed back. You can, at the time we contact you, decide whether to respond with correction and pay, or reject but process as it is.
     Any request for a process change is subject to availability, and requires a Premium Service fee of $10, due before the application complete
d and mailed.

7. Refund Policy
You are advised that the total fee consists of 3 major items:
A). Visa Application fee (
Fee to Consulate);
B). Process Service fee (to ChinaServices.us);
C). Optional Return mail postage.   (and some other options.)
     In case your application is rejected we will refund the amount you paid for visa application; but NO refund for the Service fee, Nor for postage or other options.
     In the event that you applied and paid for a longer/higher visa term but get a shorter one which may require lower visa fee, ChinaServices.us will refund the surplus visa fee paid, less $5 for special handling, upon verified (scan email or fax to us, with Service ID).
     In the event that you need to cancel the application, it is possible only if the application has
NOT been submitted to the China Visa Office (i.e. still on our hands); we will refund the application fee (fee for Consulate), not the fee for service and shipping, nor fees for any other options.

8. Liability and Insurance
    All applications at http://www.uschinavisa.com/ are insured for $100 per package, and during the on-line registration you are encouraged to buy additional insurance at low cost.  We have so far processed over 20,000+ cases without major issue. However, you are advised that there is always a certain degree of risk involved in the whole process.  In case a passport is damaged or lost, and if ChinaServices.us is found to be liable, we will cover up to $100 per package, otherwise to the insurance amount you have selected and paid for.   (Valid since July 3, 2005; revised little in April 2012)
